Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Salesperson to join our team. This role is crucial for developing and nurturing relationships with GC development firms, property management professionals and HOA leaders within our client organizations. Success in this position requires experience in handling influential deals and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with GC development firms, property management professionals, and HOA leaders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.
- Effectively manage the sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Project execution attention to detail
- Understanding of the asphalt paving business
- Strong business sense
- Successful experience as a sales representative, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence, credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Committed to continuous self-development and education through workshops, seminars, and conferences
- Developed client base is a plus
- 2+ years paving industry experience
Target:
The Salesperson has seasonalized monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for orders, revenue and gross profit. Annual revenue targets are in the range of $2.5M with associated annual gross profit targets ranging from $875K.
