The Park Central Market is a convenience store and mini market in Downtown Springfield. We're looking to staff part-time and/or full-time team members who are fun, outgoing and dedicated to our team and growing the business.
As a team member, you are the first point of contact for our customers.
Duties include:
Completing Daily Operations such as providing friendly customer service, always having a positive attitude, promoting food service and special sales, keeping inventory stocked and maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the store.
This job is FUN!! You connect with the regulars, make friends and constant entertainment from customers.
Shifts will be scheduled between the hours of 8:45am and 9:30pm. MUST be available on weekends.
PAY
This position starts at $13.00/hr with the opportunity for tips. Employees tend to average $15-$18/hr with tips calculated into their pay.
QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience in sales/retail business a plus
Prefer previous experience in the c-store industry.
Reliable for showing up for shift
Willingness to learn

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable transportation
Work efficiently on Apple products (iPad)
Familiarity with food equipment a plus
