We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a high-producing, client-focused professional dedicated to delivering personalized advice and guidance to our sophisticated medical market clientele. This role requires a strong ability to foster relationships and drive growth through the strategic sales of insurance, investments, and fee-based financial planning services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tailored Financial Planning: Provide customized financial advice and solutions to address the unique needs of our medical market clients, ensuring their financial goals are met with precision.
- Business Development: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow the business through the sale of insurance, investment products, and fee-based planning services. Develop new opportunities through speaking engagements across the country.
- Client Service Excellence: Lead and maintain an exceptional client service experience, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and support. Take direct responsibility for the comprehensive financial wellness of your clients.
Compensation benchmarks:
RPWM will provide a base salary plus a share of the compensation generated by your production in addition to our generous team-member benefits package.
Base salary $56,000 - $88,000
Expected production bonus $39,000 - $64,000

Requirements:
- CFP ®
- Series 6, or Series 63 and 65
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam and Series 7 General Securities (GS)
- Arizona Life, Health, VA and LTC license
- Strong public speaking skills
- Unwavering commitment to ethical practices, compliance, and regulatory standards
Helpful:
Mastery of PX software, extensive knowledge of student loans, and the medical market, willingness to travel for work related presentations.
