Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Team Members in the food industry. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and gain valuable experience in the culinary industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation and cooking in the kitchen
- Handle food safely and follow proper sanitation procedures
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food, and addressing customer inquiries
- Operate the Aloha POS system to process transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry or kitchen is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper sanitation guidelines
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
