The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking a Materials Planning Lead to work at our sauces, and pickles processing facility in Holland, MI. Successful candidates must be willing to contribute improvements suggestions and ideas to help continue the success of our facility.
Minimum Qualifications

Requires ability to push 75 pounds and lift 50 pounds occasionally without assistance Ability to stand and work for 8 to 12 hours

Must be available to work on the weekends

Ability to read, write and communicate in English, Spanish also preferred.

Must be licensed forklift operator or have ability to obtain license.

Prior manufacturing experience is preferred

- $700 – After 3 months
- $800 – After 6 months

Monday-Friday, some weekends 6:00am-2:30pm
Work with Production team and corporate planners to prepare production schedule, work with Materials team to plan raw materials requirements. Prepare reports and forecasts for widespread distribution.

Create and manage production/bulk schedule based on corporate planning, using Excel and SAP

Manage shop/process orders in SAP

Run reports and analyze data in SAP to determine raw material requirements for future production

Update material data in SAP with MDG

Place material (ingredients, packaging, labels, etc.) orders using EDI (SAP), Fax or email

Monitor confirmations, emails and transit reports for raw materials/deliveries

Build forecasts of material requirements using SAP for suppliers

Manage the cycle count process by running reports, posting PID’s and providing research/background information for counts that exceed posting thresholds.

Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Quality Risk Management Program (QRMP) and Yellow Belt projects as assigned.

Provide backup coverage to any T&W Lead position.

Perform all responsibilities safely and in compliance with GMPs.

Perform any other duties as required by supervision.

Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s).

Perform all required observations and training timely and as scheduled.
