Data Entry / Customer Service Representative
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist / Customer Service Representative. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and professional telephone etiquette.
Location: Our office is located in St. Louis, MO, and this position requires 100% onsite presence from Monday to Friday.
Hours: The working hours for this role are from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Position Type: This is a direct-hire position, offering long-term employment opportunities.
Salary: Starting at $20 per hour, with potential for growth based on experience and performance.
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent experience is required, while additional relevant qualifications are highly valued.
Responsibilities:
1. Data Entry: Demonstrated expertise in accurately and efficiently entering data into various computer systems and databases.
2. Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, or other communication channels. Handling inquiries, resolving customer issues, and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
3. Transferring Information: Effectively transferring information from paper documents to electronic files, ensuring accuracy and completeness throughout the process.
4. Attention to Detail: Exhibiting a keen eye for detail to identify and rectify any inaccuracies or discrepancies in data entry.
5. Communication Skills: Displaying excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and superiors.
6. Telephone Etiquette: Demonstrating professionalism and adhering to proper telephone etiquette while handlingcustomer queries and concerns.
7. Organizational and Time Management Abilities: Juggling multiple tasks efficiently, prioritizing workloads, and meeting deadlines effectively.
8. Microsoft Office Proficiency: Utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint to perform necessary tasks, such as generating reports or organizing data.
