The Food Service Director is responsible for overseeing the food service operations at TN Highway Patrol Training Center. This includes ensuring high-quality food service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Monday - Friday (occasional weekends)
- Manage food service staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure high-quality food service, including food preparation, presentation, and service
- Menu planning, food ordering, and budgeting
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, including overseeing cleaning and sanitation procedures
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective food service operations
- Monitor and analyze food service data to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
- Bachelor's degree in food service management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in food service management or relative experience, preferably in a college or university setting
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food service regulations and best practices
- Ability to work collaboratively with others
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
