Job Description: We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
- Welcome guests upon arrival and check them in using our reservation system
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Assist guests with luggage and other requests
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a front desk agent or in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation systems
