Expanding medical aesthetics practice looks to add full time patient experience coordinator/front desk coordinator to our team.

Ability to demonstrate expertise in patient scheduling and record accuracy essential for this role.

· Attentiveness to detail and organization to manage practice schedule and patient records.
· Communication skills; include providing direction to colleagues to mitigate chaos and maintain timeliness of the patient schedule.

Regular hours will fall within practice schedule. Hours may exceed schedule to accommodate appointments and practice events including evening & weekends.
