Focused Behavior Solutions, LLC provides clinic based and in home services behavior analytic services to clients in and around Lincoln NE. We are currently in search of a Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of enthusiastic, collaborative professionals.
No evenings, or weekends!
Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct skill acquisition and behavioral assessments, including ABLLS, AFLS, Vineland, functional assessments (FA), and more.
- Develop skill acquisition and behavior modification plans
- Implement skill acquisition and behavior modification plans in the clinic, home, school, and community settings
- Conduct training for caregivers on implementation of treatment protocols and on the general principles of Applied Behavior Analysis
- Collect and analyze data in order to monitor and modify treatment plans and treatment integrity
- Complete program documentation after each session and adhere to requirements for data collection, storage, and transportation
- Consult and collaborate with other professionals involved in the client's treatment plan as needed
- Evaluate and report client progress towards treatment goals both in written form and in meetings with caregivers
- Upon client discharge, develop and oversee transition or discontinuation plan
- Adhere to a high level of professional and ethical standards for conduct and confidentiality
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as specified by BACB guidelines and regulations
- Perform other duties as needed for treatment
Qualifications and Skills
- Current, active certification as a BCBA/LBA granted by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB).
- If supervising RBTs, comply with BACB standards for providing supervision
- Pass State and National criminal background checks
- Reliable transportation, proof of a valid driver's license
- Willing to supervise in-home/community clients
- Ability to lift 50 pounds

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
