Branch Manager – Hazelhurst
Candidate will be responsible for day-to-day management and operation of 7000’ sq ft. warehouse, requiring strong organizational and management skills. Responsibilities include but are not limited to servicing Licensed Pump Installers and Well Drillers (Dealers) in Northern Wisconsin. The manager will report directly to the executive team at the main office (Delavan, WI) and work closely with other locations to maintain inventory, fulfill customer orders, coordinate customer invoicing, and demonstrate strong customer service skills.
Manager responsibilities:
● Enter orders into system accurately and coordinating product distribution to customers.
● Work with the Sales Manager to prepare Quotes and set pricing on products and services as needed to respond to customer needs.
● Entering data in Sage software including sales orders and inventory related transactions.
● Meet or exceed Sales and Gross Profit Budgets working closely with the Sales team.
● Inventory planning and coordinating purchase orders with purchasing department at main office.
● Maintain presentable cleanliness and enforce safety precautions at location.
● Oversee Vehicle maintenance on location and work with fleet supervisor at main office.
● Demonstrate excellent organization skills and attention to details.
Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
· High School Diploma / GED equivalent required.
· Ability to handle packages 40+ lbs. pounds in weight.
In lieu of the following requirements, applicants will be considered if they have an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
· Minimum of 2 years of inventory management or related experience preferred.
- Self-starter who is able to prioritize effectively and handle multiple tasks.
· Data entry and ERP experience is preferred, but not necessary.
· Basic Computer knowledge, Microsoft Office 365 (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel).
· Product knowledge and familiarity with the Plumbing and Water Well Industry is helpful.
· Ability to manage processes and collaborate with the team at the main office.
This is a full-time, salaried position. Pay rate is negotiable based on experience and may be reviewed upon completion of the 60-day evaluation period. Eligibility for some company benefits are effective after the evaluation period.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
