Responsibilities: - Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) - Assist individuals with daily living activities (ADLs) and personal care tasks - Utilize behavior management techniques to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors - Collect and analyze data on individual progress and behavior - Collaborate with the BCBA to develop and modify individualized care plans - Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of sessions and progress Experience: - Previous experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities preferred - Familiarity with behavioral therapy techniques and principles - Knowledge of medical terminology related to autism and behavioral health - Ability to effectively communicate and work with individuals with diverse needs and backgrounds - Strong observation skills and ability to analyze behavior patterns Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
