- $80k - $140k - aggressive pay plans to compensate production, education, & experience

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and help customers with vehicle features and functionality
- Schedule service appointments and collect information
- Collect customer information prior to appointment
- Advise customer on proper care and maintenance of their vehicle
- Greet customers in a prompt and courteous manner
- Perform vehicle walk-around and document damage and concerns
- Examine service history and advise customer accordingly
- Secure approval from customer prior to beginning repairs, maintenance, or diagnostics
- Estimate cost and time necessary to complete requested services
- Clearly explain requested service, what to expect, and answer questions
- Communicate additional service needs when appropriate
- Document preferred methods of communication
- Ask clarifying questions to determine customer needs and concerns
- Engage with customers via text, phone, email, and in person
- Effectively write-up repair orders with all information
- Ability to communicate objectives and promise times and follow up as those progress
- Handle customer complaints and concerns
- Reassure customers and provide support
- Track progress of vehicle during vehicle service process and provide updates
- Maintain open lines of communication with clients and staff
- Process repair orders and document repairs completed effectively
- Provide complete reconciliation of all documentation and payments
- Verify repairs are completed effectively and perform active delivery with customer
- Maintain high CSI/CX and provide exceptional customer experiences
- Dependable - more reliable than spontaneous

Experience Required
- Experienced Service Advisor
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Extensive Knowledge of Automotive Repair & Service
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Background check & drug screen
- Stellantis/Ford experience preferred
Shift
- Monday - Friday 7:30am - 6:00pm (1 hour lunch)
- Alternating Saturdays 8am - 1pm
- Day shift
