We are looking for a dynamic customer focused Bilingual Assistant Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our property in Humble, TX. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for delivering superior customer service. Responsibilities:
- Assist the Property Manager in all aspects of property management, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and resident relations
- Serve as a liaison between residents, vendors, and management
- Conduct property tours and assist with leasing activities
- Respond to resident inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with the preparation of leasing agreements, rental applications, and other leasing documents
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activity, resident communications, and maintenance requests
- Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and unit inspections
- Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and expense management
- Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the Property Manager
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities to attract prospective residents
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Fluent in English and English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in affordable housing property management or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Resman property management software
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.11 - $16.00 per hour
