Experienced Open Grill/ Sauté Line Cook or Wood Fired/Gas Grill Oven Experience
Bonfire is an Upscale/Casual Environment with an OPEN Kitchen concept. WE are Chef driven, not commissary style. Dishes are created from scratch. We don't have fried foods, par cooked products, or pre made items.
1. Expect weekly Chef specials
2. Clean stations
3. Mis en Place prep for station will be required for each shift.
4. Attention to detail is important and cleanliness of station and presentation of dishes is paramount.
5. You will be required to wear Black Chef Coat/ black slacks/ black non-slip shoes, hat or hairnet.

-Comfortable standing for extended periods of time, able to lift up to 50 lbs and continuously bend, reach and twist
Must be at least 18 years old
-EVENING AVAILABILITY REQUIRED
