Affinity Solutions is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to provide key administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer as well as other executive team members. This individual will be interacting with all levels of the organization as well as external customers.
Your Contributions:
- Provide administrative support for the Chief Executive Officer and other executives as needed.
- Monitor emails of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO); handle matters on his behalf and alert him to urgent matters that require immediate attention.
- Maintain executives’ appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
- Welcome guests and customers by greeting them in person, on the telephone, or via Zoom. Respond in a timely manner to their inquiries and direct them to the correct resource if more information is required.
- Maintain executive confidences and protect operations by keeping information
confidential.
- Coordinate meetings, including conference room scheduling, audio video setup, teleconferencing arrangements, travel logistics, meal catering, and special event planning.
- Coordinate travel: Create itineraries and required travel logistics folders for applicable parties; track and report expenses.
- Screen calls for the CEO from internal/external customers, media, sales, and
other business representatives.
- Provide support for special projects.
- Monitor emails during evenings and weekends.
- Provide any additional support necessary to ensure smooth running of executive schedules.
Your Qualifications:
- Executive level support experience is preferred but not required. Undergraduate degree from an accredited university, preferably with a business or office administration degree.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Able to work overtime as needed.

- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal instruction as well as work well with others in a team environment.

Salary Range: $85,000 – $100,000
Office Hours: 9am – 5:30pm
