Medical Office Manager Scottsdale, AZ
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Medical office Manager to join our practice full time in the Scottsdale, AZ area. Ideally, our incoming Medical Office manager is proficient in CRM platforms, is self-motivated with a passion for personal and professional growth, has excellent customer service skills, and is a great manager who is a quick problem solver who can get things done.
Previous medical office management experience is required.
Responsibilities:-
Manage and Oversee Operations- Lead our front desk and medical assistants, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Assist with providers schedules, and manage staff leave approvals.

Spearhead the introduction of new systems, offers, and promotions to scale our business.

Handle patient scheduling, insurance queries, prescription management, and employee disputes with empathy and efficiency.

Oversee phone communications, faxing, and updating our EHR account, maintaining impeccable organization.
Requirements:
- Previous medical office management experience is required

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Proficient in CRM platforms, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
Schedule:
Salary:-
$60k - $75k per year (depending on experience), with growth potential.
