Job Title: Service and Parts Coordinator
Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service and Parts Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of our service and parts department.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments with customers
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all service and parts transactions
- Communicate with customers regarding service and parts inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Order and maintain inventory of parts and supplies
- Work closely with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Prepare and process invoices and purchase orders
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

- 2+ years of experience in a service or parts coordination role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
