Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Electrical Senior Estimator in Orlando, Florida.
Electrical Senior Estimator Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation for the Electrical Senior Estimator in Orlando, FL is between $100,000 and $110,000

Electrical Senior Estimator & Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the estimating processes while meeting deadlines and REG objectives, both short and long term.
- Perform material and labor takeoffs on various types of projects.
- Provide leadership and training to develop other estimators, estimator trainees, and others on the estimating team.
- Work directly with project managers to ensure a high-quality estimate is delivered on time.
- Forward requests for quotations.
- Update the bid schedules.
- Assign jobs to Estimators and review progress to assure schedule dates are met.
- Determine the most competitive bid approach with Executive team.
- Review the estimate’s consistency with company’s objectives.
- Review labor rates, indirect labor, expenses, that are suitable for the job.
- Attend pre-bid walks, walk-throughs and related meetings as required.
- Assist in the bidding to GCs or other related parties.
- Develop relationships with customers, engineers and general contractors.
Electrical Senior Estimator Qualifications
- 8+ years’ experience in electrical estimating of theme parks, hospitality, commercial projects.
- Successful estimating for projects valued $5M +
- Proficiency in Accubid, MS Office, Navis Works, Bluebeam.
- Possess ability to understand legal requirements, reviewing contracts etc.
- Problem-solving skills, ability to effectively present information and respond efficiently to situations.
- Organized, good communicator, time management skills and well-spoken.
- Candidate must have great management & organization skills.
- Candidate must have strong verbal and written skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred but Not Necessary
- Journeyman License or Degree
