Job Description:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting our health insurance products and services to prospective clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Actively prospecting and generating leads through outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
- Educating potential clients on the benefits and features of our health insurance plans.
- Assessing the needs of clients and recommending suitable insurance solutions to meet their requirements.
- Guiding clients through the application process and providing assistance with enrollment.
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Providing exceptional customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

- Life Producer License and Health/Accident Producer License must be attained before start date. However we will assist you through the process and will provide reimbursement for the costs.
Training
In the classroom, and in the field, our most accomplished sales professionals will teach you their time-tested formula that lead to their direct sales excellence. Cross-selling, referral networking, and benefit package sales are some examples of the professional mentoring you will receive. Our training program is around 13 weeks, but we find that the best way to learn is to get to it. Our new hires start connecting with clients within their first few weeks---giving them the ability to start building a book of business as soon as possible.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
