The Technician performs mechanical diagnostics on a variety of gas fireplace systems, providing clients with proposed solutions discovered through the diagnostic process. The Technician needs a strong acumen in mechanics and customer service. Technicians will service and repair a variety of gas fireplace systems.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose gas fireplace systems mechanical and electrical system faults.
- Capable of repairing and/or installing proposed parts.
- Must be able to lift items/objects up 70lbs.
- Read and interpret manuals, instructions and wiring diagrams.
- Capable of navigating computer systems, applications and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
- Manage onsite communication with customers.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
- Show a commitment to truly serving customer needs.
- Effectively provide repairs and recommendations to customers.
- Capable of safely operating company owned vehicles.
- Collect payments for services.

Pay: $25,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
