- Ignore bill rate range in FG; use the bill rate range of $30-$40/hour
- 1-5 years' experience (Admin experience, data entry, junior level analyst)
- 1 year contract with the potential to extend
- Local talent only (1.5 hour max driving distance from MA); fully remote unless something goes wrong with laptop or equipment, they will have to go into the office to do the work tasks
- Contract to perm talent only (if converted, contractor would convert to Support Analyst I)
- No limit on the number of shortlisted resumes for HM to review
- Interview process: 1 round with HM

- Perform complex and routine adhoc analysis in Excel
- Provide support for business and IT end users
- Provide support for customers via telephone operator
- Perform data entry tasks
- Strong understanding of Microsoft office skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Team oriented and willing to work well with all levels in the organization
- Perform detailed tasks and document thoroughly
Skills:
1.Expert Excel skills
2.Expert skills in analysis of large data sets and application to deployment scheduling
3.Very strong understanding of issue and risk management, especially including clear communication of issues and status
4.Strong written and verbal communication skills

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience (plus)
