What You’ll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage with customers at various vibrant retail events across the Tampa Region. Your primary role will be to provide top-notch service, answer inquiries, and ensure every customer leaves with a smile. Your energy and enthusiasm will help create unforgettable experiences for our clients.
Customer Service Representative Key Responsibilities:
- Represent our clients at promotional events in retail environments throughout the region.
- Interact with customers to provide information and assistance in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with product demonstrations, promotions and sales.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to accurately answer customer questions
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
