Spring EOP (Enhanced Outpatient Program) is a unique co-occurring addiction treatment practice in Colorado Springs. We are a BHA (Behavior Health Administration) licensed facility for SUD (Substance Use Disorder) in the state of Colorado. Our team of licensed clinicians and administrators offers individual, couple, family, and group treatment for both adults and adolescents who are experiencing addiction or who are continuing care for their substance use disorder after attending higher levels of care (RTC/PHP/IOP). We are unique in that we provide expert addiction and co-occurring disorder treatment where people come for 2-8 hours of therapy per week, with the option of telehealth care when needed and appropriate. Often, people step down in care to one session per week when they need less support. We offer support for individuals and families.
Working with individuals, couples, and families to promote optimum mental health care may help individuals deal with substance use disorder, family, parenting, and marital problems, suicidality, stress management, problems with self-esteem, and past trauma. Our team works from a client-centered and trauma-informed lens while understanding the dynamics of family systems. Candidates will be able to work with people from diverse social, cultural, economic, sexual, and educational backgrounds and provide support and initiative to assist with a growing practice.
