The Assistant Housekeeping Manager will primarily be responsible for covering the daily administrative tasks for our Housekeeping Managers, which includes oversight of all Housekeeping and Inspections tasks. This role is also responsible for ensuring all properties are guest or owner-ready prior to the scheduled arrival time, and that properties meet our Standard Property Appearance Agreement. The Housekeeping Assistnat manager will cover for Managers on their off days as needed and be the primary contact for day- to- day tasks, escalating issues to the Department Manager as needed.
