Job Summary:
Established law firm seeking a detail-oriented and organized, Receptionist/Secretary to be responsible for handling various tasks and providing exceptional client service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Maintain files
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Schedule appointments and manage calendar
- Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed
Experience:
- Experience with Microsoft Word & Excel software
- Knowledge of phone systems and office equipment operation
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- No weekends
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
