Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance inspections and data collection and is capable of managing his or her own schedule. Time service is very important. The right candidate will be expected to work by due dates by working ahead and being efficient. This is a 1099 contractor position and it involves driving to homes and collecting data on the details and condition of properties.
Duties:
- Conduct surveys on homes, farms, and possibly commercial properties.
- Complete work by due dates and within the guidelines laid out by clients.
- Communicate efficiently with management.
- Read and interpret work tickets in order to meet client expectations.
Experience:
- Prior experience as a contractor is necessary. You must have at least 6 months as a 1099 contractor to be considered for this position.
- It is preferred that your background be related to insurance, insurance surveys, inspections, construction, or another related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting findings.
