If you have a flair for cooking, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional hospitality, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Responsibilities:** - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all food preparation and presentation meets the highest standards of quality and presentation. - Develop and maintain menus that are both creative and appealing to our customers. - Manage the food inventory and ordering process, ensuring that the kitchen has the necessary ingredients and supplies to operate efficiently. - Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed. - Ensure that all kitchen staff adhere to food safety and sanitation standards. - Develop and implement catering menus and pricing structures. - Assist in the management of special events and functions, including weddings and corporate events. - Work closely with the restaurant manager to ensure that the kitchen is operating in line with the overall business goals and objectives. - Provide support to the restaurant manager in the development of marketing and promotional materials. - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and cleaned. - Manage the bar and ensure that all drinks are prepared to the highest standards. - Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the restaurant satisfied and impressed. **Experience:** - 5+ years of experience in a senior chef role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment. - Proven experience in team management, with a track record of developing and motivating a diverse team of kitchen staff. - Experience in food preparation, menu planning, and food management. - Experience in catering and event planning, with the ability to develop and implement menus and pricing structures for special events and functions. - Experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong understanding of the importance of providing exceptional customer service and hospitality. - A strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards, with the ability to ensure that all kitchen staff adhere to these standards. - A passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences and a commitment to providing the highest level of quality and presentation in all aspects of the kitchen.
