The Data Entry is responsible for assisting the accounting team members with the clerical workload. Responsible of performing a variety of duties according to established policies and procedures from accounting department. Maintains contact with staff, clients and vendors and observes confidentiality of company matters. Responsible for the administrative and clerical duties for Administration and Marketing & Event Departments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare, compile and sort documents for filling

Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages, as requested by the business manager

Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems

Provide clerical support to department

Providing excellent customer service

Dealing with conflict effectively, courteously, and tactfully

Provide information on marina products and services
-
Available to work overtime when required
-
Other duties as assigned by Business Manager
Safety and Environmental Responsibilities

Follow SHM Safety and Environmental rules and complete required related training

Wear proper personal protective equipment as required for the task or work area

Report all accidents, injuries, spills and near misses immediately
Technical and Physical Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred

Flexibility to work on extended schedules

Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Ability to work on weekends and holidays, if requested by general manager
