Overview:
Valentino Ristorante Italiano is seeking an exceptional Elevated Bartender and Mixologist to join our fine dining team. This role demands a highly skilled individual with a profound knowledge of modern mixology, a flair for creative presentation, and a passion for crafting unique and unforgettable cocktails. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cocktail trends, ingredients, and techniques, ensuring our beverage program is as sophisticated and innovative as our cuisine.
Key Responsibilities:
· Cocktail Creation and Development:
· Design and create a diverse menu of innovative and visually stunning cocktails.
· Stay current with modern mixology trends, techniques, and ingredients.
· Performs all other related and compatible duties assigned.
Customer Experience:
· Provide exceptional, personalized service to guests, engaging them with a welcoming demeanor and extensive knowledge of the cocktail menu.
· Customize drinks based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions.
· Conduct tastings and entertaining presentations for guests, enhancing their overall dining experience.
Bar Operations:
· Manage bar inventory, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining high-quality ingredients and supplies.
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized bar area at all times.
· Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement of the beverage program.
Event and Marketing Support:
· Assist in planning and executing special events, private functions, and cocktail classes.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new cocktails and seasonal offerings through social media and other channels.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a bartender and mixologist in a fine dining or high-end bar environment.
· Extensive knowledge of modern mixology.
· Strong creative skills, with a portfolio of unique cocktail creations and presentations.
· Excellent customer service and communication skills.
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
· Certification in bartending or mixology preferred.
· Must be of legal drinking age.
Prep time Schedule: Tuesday to Sunday from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm
Operation time Schedule: Tuesday to Sunday from 4:00 pm to close
Pay Prep time: $15.00 hourly
Pay operations hours: $9.00 + tips
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $9.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
