Master’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Business Management, Management, International Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, plus 3 years of professional experience as a Financial Analyst, Financial Strategist, or any occupation/position/job title involving building financial models for infrastructure financing at a global financial institution. Must also have the following special skills: 3 years of professional experience performing financial calculations (including profitability, capital consumption, counterparty risk, and default loss); 3 years of professional experience utilizing Excel to build and run financial models in infrastructure financing; 3 years of professional experience working through the credit process and performing financial analysis and credit analysis; and 3 years of professional experience reviewing and negotiating finance documentation (including term sheets, commitment letters, and credit agreements).
