Purpose
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Delivery Technician to join our dynamic team in a hybrid work environment. You will work three days at home and two days in our warehouse, located in Marietta, GA. As a Service Delivery Technician at Centegix, you will support the Service Delivery Team in ensuring a seamless provisioning and delivery experience of our safety systems during the onboarding process and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Position Responsibilities

Service Provisioning: Configure hardware and software components of Centegix safety platform, including CrisisAlert™, Safety Blueprint and Visitor Management solutions as directed by Service Delivery Engineers.

Safety Blueprint: Convert customer site maps from Centegix Legacy map product to the new Safety Blueprint platform. Ensure all devices properly convert to the new platform seamlessly and resolve any device location issues that occur during conversion.

Training and Documentation: Follow relevant technical documentation and troubleshooting procedures to fulfill job duties. Notify management of any discrepancies in technical documentation that require updates to reflect the evolving nature of our products and services.

Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Warehouse, Field Services, Command Center and Customer Success, to contribute to the development and improvement of our products and services by providing input on user, system, and feature requests.

Continuous Learning and Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements, industry trends, and best practices in the field of safety and emergency response systems. Actively participate in training programs, workshops, and seminars to enhance your technical skills and knowledge. Share your learnings and insights with the team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:

Education and Experience:
- Experience in technical operations, or technical support roles, preferably in the software or technology industry.
- CCST or CCNA, CompTIA Network+ and/or Linux+ preferred
- Technical Skills
- Knowledge of wireless technologies including Zigbee and LoRaWAN
- Familiarity with Google’s G Suite.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
- Understanding of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
- Basic knowledge of Linux-based commands a plus.
- Knowledge of incident management tools and practices.
- Ability to follow Technical standard operating procedures and make recommendations to improve process as needed.
