Position Overview:
The Front Desk staff at Gold's Gym Hamilton Mill plays a pivotal role in promoting membership sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining the front desk area. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for fitness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Membership Sales: Promote and sell memberships to potential new members through various outreach and promotional activities, both initiated by the company and employees.
Gym Tours: Conduct tours of the gym facility for prospective members, highlighting the features, amenities, and benefits of membership.
Telephone Inquiries: Handle telephone inquiries from potential and existing members, providing information about club history, facilities, staff, and policies.
Knowledge Management: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of club history, background, philosophy, facilities, staff, and policies to effectively communicate with members and prospects.
Adherence to Policies: Ensure a thorough understanding of and adherence to Gold's Gym Hamilton Mill's policies and procedures related to gym operations, including sales ethics and standards.
Sales Ethics: Uphold the ethical standards of sales established by Gold's Gym Hamilton Mill, ensuring honesty, integrity, and transparency in all interactions with members and prospects.
Smoothie Preparation: Prepare and serve smoothies to members, adhering to quality and hygiene standards.
Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:

Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve monthly sales targets.
Capacity to stand or sit for up to 8 hours during the workday.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Current CPR Certification required.
