Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Handyman to join the Atwell team. The ideal candidate should be reliable, have basic skills in various handyman fields, and be passionate about delivering excellent customer service. This position involves completing daily home maintenance tasks at customers' residences in Dallas, Fort Worth, and surrounding areas within a 30-mile radius. Gas compensation will be provided, and candidates must have their own vehicle and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential settings.
Address customer requests promptly and professionally.
Install fixtures, repair appliances, and complete carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks as needed.
Conduct inspections and assessments of homes to identify maintenance needs.
Ensure all work meets company and industry standards for quality and safety.
Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.

Skills Required:

Carpentry: Basic skills in framing, installing cabinets, and repairing doors and windows.
Plumbing: Ability to fix basic leaks, replace faucets, and perform simple plumbing repairs.
Electrical: Proficiency in basic electrical tasks such as replacing outlets and light fixtures.
Painting: Skill in interior and exterior painting, including preparation and finishing techniques.
General Maintenance: Experience in various maintenance tasks such as drywall repair, tile replacement, and fence repair.
Customer Service: Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and find effective solutions.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.
